  19. With regard to publishing magazines on the net, I would recommend sending
  20. a notice of either each issue or at least the first issue to "alt.zines"
  21. and/or "rec.mag".  There are a number of folks in each group who are 
  22. tracking small publications and who would be happy to write reviews,
  23. keep contact information, and otherwise generally get the word out to
  24. a wider audience.

  28. which is "Factsheet Five - Electronic", a 'zine that covers the very small
  29. press and other non-commercial publishing.
